Criteria for Nomination
· Nomination by a certified professional LATA member
· Must be a student currently enrolled at a College or University in Louisiana.
Supporting Documents
Each application must have the following documents submitted in order for the nomination application to be considered complete:

High School /Collegiate athletic training student experience.

Include unoffcial transcript or a letter from College / University Official.

Grade point average of 2.5 or better (out of a 4.0)

Two (2) additional letters of recommendation sent directly to LATA Vice President at latavicepresident@gmail.com
