The 2011 Winter Symposium Meeting will held at Tulane University's Lavin-Bernick Center (LBC) Room 209 on December 10, 2011.
This is an annual meeting of the membership conducted the same weekend as the LHSAA State Football Championships. We will have an educational session for 5.5 CEUs.
If you are not able to join us for the education sessions, please join us for the membership meetings. The Committee Meetings start at 2:30pm and the Business Meeting starts at 3:00pm

The Hotel has established a “Room Block Release Date” of Wedesday, November 16, 2011. After this date, all rooms not guaranteed by deposit, credit card or the Master Account will be released to Loews Reservations for general sale. All ‘no show’ reservations will be billed to each individual’s credit card. The cancellation of guaranteed reservations must be received twenty-four (24) hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a charge equal to one night’s room and applicable taxes.
