The 2019/20 Winter Meeting will be hosted by LATA Executive Committee in Lafayette on January 18th, 2020

Anyone is welcome to attend the meetings and events are listed below. LATA membership is needed in order to vote on any LATA business during the Winter Business Meeting.

The LATA Secretary will be approving and adjusting the membership rolls during the first week of January. Any questions regarding membership can be directed to latasecretary@gmail.com

Lafayette General Orhopaedic Hospital - Medical Offices Building - 2nd Floor Classroom.
4212 W. Congress St., Lafayette, LA 70506
Upon entering the Medical Offices Building (MOB), walk straight through the lobby to the elevators behind the stairwell. LATA meeting space will be on the 2nd floor. Signage will be in place to help guide members.
Please try not to enter at the Main Hospital Entrance facing Ambassador Caffery Parkway. Picture below to show the different entrances.

Parking: Plenty of free parking in the MOB parking lot (cut out of above image, would be to the left of the MOB.)

Hotel Note: If needed, members are responsible for their own hotel arrangements for the meetings.

CEU Information: There will be NO Education component to this Business Meeting.
