Registration

• 1. Early Registration LATA Member – $150.00
  LATA member early registration fee for Symposium.
• 2. Late Registration - Thursday Only (Member Only) – $63.00
  LATA member base registration fee for Friday only symposium attendance (at least 4 hours of Cat A CEUs + HOF / Awards Social)
• 3. Late Registration - Friday Only (Member Only) – $113.00
  LATA member base registration fee for Friday only symposium attendance (at least 6 hours)
• 4. Late Registration - Saturday Only (Member Only) – $63.00
  LATA member base registration fee for Saturday only Symposium attendance (up to 4 Category A CEUs)
• 5. Early Registration (Non-Members) – $200.00
  Base registration fee for health care professionals who are not a member of LATA and would like to attend the symposium (up to 10-12 Category A & 3 EBP CEUs).
• 5. Student / Intern - Certified – $70.00
  Base registration fee for LATA student certified members (up to 13-16 Category A CEUs)
• 6. Undergrad Student – $60.00
  Registration fee for undergraduate students ONLY who would like to attend the symposium (no CEUs awarded for this registration).
• 6.5 Retired – $60.00
  Registration fee for retired members ONLY who would like to attend the symposium and awards reception (no CEUs awarded for this registration).
• Executive Committee
• Hall of Fame / Awards Ceremony Only – $40.00
  Purchases a meal for guest ONLY attending the LATA Hall of Fame / Awards Ceremony. No CEUs given with this registration.
• Host Committee
• Invited Speaker
• Late Registration - LATA Member – $200.00
  LATA member base LATE registration fee for Symposium (up to 13-16 Category A CEUs).
• Multiple Early Registration – $150.00
  To register multiple LATA members on one registration. (Must send LATA Treasurer the names of all members included in registration fee latatreasurer@gmail.com.)
• Regular Registration - Non-member – $255.00
  Non-LATA member base LATA registration fee for Symposium (up to 15 Category A CEUs, 3 EPB).
