Athletic Training Capitol Day

A. Meet-N-Greet only (12:30 pm - 3:30 pm)
If you can only be available for this time period to help work the Memberial Hall Rotunda.
B. Meet-N-Greet / Pizza Social (1:30 - 4:00 pm)
If you are able to attend the Meet-n-Greet at the Capitol AND would be able to stay for a Pizza Social with the LATA members.
C. Daiquiris Social (5:00 pm - 9:00 pm)
If you are only available during this time period to meet with legislators as they return to the Pentagon Barracks.
D. Meet & Greet / Pizza / Social (12:30 pm - 9 pm)
If you are able to spend the entire afternoon at the capitol.

ATHLETIC TRAINING CAPITOL DAY

Time	Activity
12:30 pm	Meet at the corner of State Capitol Drive and N. 3rd Street in front of the Pentagon (corner opposite from the State Capitol) (see MAP for parking and meeting location) We will have a brief meeting to discuss the "Talking Points" and events for the day.
1:30 - 3:30 pm	LATA Meet-N-Greet with legislators in Memorial Hall Rotunda. LATA members will have the opportunity to interact with Representatives and Senators. LATA will have informational postcards to use as talking points with legislators.
4:00 - 4:30 pm	Pizza for members in attendance (Speaker of the House's pentagon apartment).
5:00 - 9:00 pm	Daiquiris at the Pentagon (The residential quarters for the legislators.) This will be another opportunity to meet with your Legislators.
